ABOUT RMC
The Resource Mobilization Committee is a sub-committee of the Caribbean and Americas Regional Committee of the Commonwealth Youth Council (CYC). The mandate of the CYC is to advocate on behalf of youth people within the Commonwealth. As such, the Caribbean and Americas Regional Committee handles that mandate for this region.

The Special Advisory Group (SAG) is the senior subcommittee of the Resource Mobilisation Committee (RMC) which reports directly to the Director of Resource Mobilisation (DRM) and leads the various units under the Resource Mobilisation Committee.

The Resource Mobilization Committee is responsible for managing the resources of the Caribbean and Americas Regional Committee by managing the inflow, recording and outflow of all resources.

The committee spans the Caribbean and Americas and as such these roles also span that area. Our territories are:
