Message from the Director of Resource Mobilisation – Mr. Kamal Springer

These positions are very important towards the Caribbean and Americas Regional Committee being able to execute its initiatives. The various units and roles of the RMC are responsible for assisting in performing the mandate of the RMC which is to attain and manage the resources of the Caribbean and Americas Regional Committee.

We are looking for persons who are keen on enhancing their curriculum vitae by performing at high levels in these roles and willing to dedicate significant time towards achieving targets. Ultimately, we want persons who believe in service to young people as this is what the CYC is all about.

We are looking for multiple persons in every country, so please do not hesitate to apply, no matter which of the countries you are from that we represent. These positions are very research intensive. Please consider a first choice and second choice you would want to apply for and select accordingly.

The Projects Unit is responsible for identifying the costs, logistics and regulatory frame work for events and activities as well as assist all other units when needed.

The Government and Foreign Missions Unit is responsible for identifying and engaging Governments via their ministries and agencies as well as Foreign/Diplomatic Mission in the countries we represent to engage in mutually beneficial relationships.

The Communications Unit is responsible for internal and external flow communication of the Resource Mobilization Committee, creating and managing the communications system and advising all units on communication matters.
